The product is excellent. The only problem I faced was returning as the policy said only against manufacturing defect my suggestion is return should be allowed as the colours as seen in the ad and in actual varies. Otherwise no complaint whatsoever...an par excellent product.

They had sent the wrong product but when I messaged them, they responded right away and sent the right one. The bag is as shown in the picture. It’s trendy, spacious, lightweight. So doesn’t hurt my shoulders and back even if I am carrying it the whole day.
